上次来这里还不错。这次我去，管理变了，前台的迎宾人员不是很好。服务无很差，根本不会推荐给来度假的人。在这样一个糟糕的酒店里你无法安然入睡，你会感到很不自在。更多

这家酒店简直太棒了。房间又宽敞又干净。我们在这里玩得很开心。我特别喜欢这里的游泳池，酒店的工作人员非常友好。我们还享受了酒店的emarati自助餐，我们吃得很开心。总的来说，我很想再来这家酒店。

根据之前看到的一些评论，我对这家酒店一直心怀顾虑，比如说入住手续延迟，早餐少了餐具啊啥的，很高兴这些问题我都没遇到哈哈哈。谷歌地图提供的去地铁站的路线是错的，带你从酒店前门走然后围着房子绕了850米的样子，如果你走酒店后门的话就会发现地铁站就在你面前啦，只是一个很短的步行距离而已。

优点：没有喧闹的夜店音乐。漂亮的酒店入口。彬彬有礼的工作人员。实惠的价格。房间空调很安静。枕头漂亮又蓬松。漂亮的健身房。酒店大堂里有各种商店（也就是说，你可以租车/买纪念品）。大清早就有出租车服务从酒店出发。酒店位于超市/小餐馆附近。免费停车。位于在朱美拉和迪拜市中心之间。还需改进的地方：房间的清洁卫生方面。浴室里有黑霉菌，水槽漏水（难闻的气味），浴缸里/地板上有长长的黑头发。我还注意到一些事情：我在迪拜住过的酒店里没有微波炉和毛巾。冰块需要收费（投资于制冰机/自动售货机）。

我入住这家酒店的时候这里的向导阿奴什卡给我留下了深刻的印象，她人很好，十分友善而且性格外向开朗。我和家人问了他很多关于酒店制度和这座城市的问题。她很快就为我们解答了所有的问题，我真的很推荐她作为向导，因为她秉持客户至上的理念而且很会和客户打交道，在她的专业领域内知识丰富。如果你有任何问题，来找阿奴什卡肯定没错的，她会帮你解答所有疑问。我们很感谢她对我们的帮助也感谢这家酒店带给我们的愉快而且安全的住宿体验。
