Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed to learn that clearly we failed to impress you with our culinary offer and it is with great regret we read your comment regarding the service shortfall you encountered with the honeymoon cake, which does not reflect the level of service we pride to offering our guest. I truly appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to my attention, I will share your constructive comments so that will serve as inspiration to the team to keep our extra efforts up and to further improve the experiences we offer our guests.
