香宫服务周到，饭菜美味，烤鸭很好吃。星级服务周到。经理和服务员都很和蔼，环境优美，中餐很好吃，饭店的地理位置非常好。

我们和刚出生的女儿在这家酒店里住了四晚，来庆祝我们的纪念日。我想从我们到底之前就已经选好的庆祝大礼包开始，一切都做得非常完美，是由我上传的照片里的员工做好的。这个酒店的第二个优点是服务和干净程度都达到了最高的标准。最后，我觉得所有的员工都非常乐于助人,很热情,我把所有的功劳都归给普拉迪普先生，他每天早上都在我们吃早饭的时候陪我的女儿一起玩:))总而言之，我这边是一点怨言都没有...

我们在迪拜香格里拉酒店住了两晚，我们预订了豪华房。在那之前，因为我们到得很晚，所以在去香格里拉之前在迪拜假日酒店住了一晚（可以看分开的评论）。我的天啊，服务太棒了，我们已经预订了一间豪华客房(45平方米)，所以我们知道这是一间带有行政套房的好房间，但他们把我们升级到了豪华贵宾房(66平方米)，这是我们住过的最好的房间。那里的食物很棒，服务也很棒。早餐在一楼和俱乐部酒廊41楼，下午茶供应时间为1：30-3：30，晚上的酒精和檐篷供应5.30后的2个小时。泳池边还有蓬松的毛巾，泳池工作人员会跟在你身边，把毛巾放在你的日光浴床上，俱乐部休息室可以看到哈利法塔，虽然只有一个角落可以看见，另一边可以看到大海。我们早签入和晚结账,我们甚至在沙漠狩猎之旅(见评论)在最后一天我们有一个很晚的航班回家,他们允许我们检查了下午3点,当我们从旅行回来下午9.30时我们可以有一个淋浴和使用俱乐部休息室喝茶,咖啡和软饮料,直到午夜。购物中心有免费穿梭,这是惊人的和一个屋顶露台(尽管很小只有两个便鞋)很适合拍照,有一个游泳池在顶层一体的按摩浴缸,但它很小但是它很安静在10月中旬所以能够使用它作为夫妻。天气大约30度(最好在10月11月去)，因为它在7月8月9月上升到45度。

我们在9月底、10月初入住这家酒店，从我们到达酒店的那一刻，我们就觉得自己很受欢迎，我们预定了Horizon房，所以我们在41层的“Horizon”接待处办理了入住手续。我们感觉自己就像贵宾一样，在我们逗留期间，每个人都记得我们的名字。3906房间非常干净漂亮，可以看到哈利法塔的景色。我们享受了horizon的所有特权，比如享受私人游泳池、按摩浴缸、在42层的屋顶上休息，以及在我们逗留期间享用horizon俱乐部提供的所有饮料和食物。Horizon的工作人员令人难以置信，尤其是马诺基、里夫、霍桑、萨加、了不起的厨师、克里斯汀、弗朗西丝卡和阿尤布，另外还要特别感谢搬运工霍达拉姆和在楼下提供早餐的可爱的女主人伊米，还有才华横溢的服务员格雷格(希望所有的名字都拼写对了)。
