我在这里住了两个月，最近三天我call他们需要house keeping，拖了我两天没有给我打扫，并且在我投诉后告诉我因为我们不在schedule上之类的话术，那问题归结到了我的身上。 ok 我付着高额的租金对我来说我看中的就是他可以打扫。他从一个星期两次打扫变为一次后把问题归结到我身上……..什么意思？ 在我住了两个月之后，在三天没有给我打扫后 告诉我 原因是因为他们房满了？ 因为expo的我们已经多付了房费，那么以为着我在高峰期任然享受当处当初的待遇。你现在告诉我我们做不到？我们老客户不是人？
