Thank you for the review. We take all reviews very seriously, especially when you have as big a concern as this. I took a look at your reservation and it looks like we discounted your rate by $20 off of the already 10% off AAA rate. Usually when quoting last minute rates they are based on rates that are not already discounted. There must have been some kind of miscommunication when you called and reserved and for that I sincerely apologize, but from the looks of your reservation you got a better deal than anyone else that stayed that weekend. 我们为了家庭团聚而预订了国王行政套房，房间有些陈旧过时，有些模具还在天花板上，5楼的管道有问题，一个水龙头在漏水，要时刻保证水槽上没有毛巾，由于压力问题，必须要将把手握在马桶上一分钟或更长时间。它不值得75.00美元，更不用说每晚超过200美元的费用。听见有人在敲门，当我开门时，年轻的金发管家很粗鲁。这不是我期望的体验。请千万注意这家酒店的服务态度。

上周我在这里参加了一个年会。这个度假胜地坐落在美丽的土地上，但这个度假酒店本身已经破旧不堪了。楼上的椽子休息室很脏，我们几乎不想坐在椅子上。到处都是水桶接着从天花板上漏下来的水。房间里的床已经松弛了，吱吱作响。空气系统是由装置上的旋钮控制，有高-中-低档。谢天谢地，幸好可以打开窗户。如果你打算在户外活动，那么这里对你来说将是一个很棒的地方。

住在Arrowwood是我们每年去亚历山德里亚参加篮球比赛的主要部分。这个度假村从不令人失望。它总是很干净，服务很棒，房间既大又宽敞，水上公园总是很受孩子们的欢迎，也是成年人社交的好去处。装修是典型的带有户外主题的明尼苏达州中部风格。对某些人来说，这似乎已经过时了，但这正是明尼苏达州度假村应该有的。再次感谢又一次的超棒住宿。

酒店需要翻修一下，如果用一个晚上的时间装修一下的话，你会感觉住宿体验更加不错，上次我来到这里的时候还是20年前，现在来到这里，感觉改变很少，每个窗户都需要更换一下，甚至还发现了蟑螂，他们也需要重新维修一下，唯一一个不错的地方是，这里的浴室已经重新装修过了，希望下一次来这里的时候有其他方面的一些改进哦。

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to read of your disappointment with some of the items that you feel need updating. We are constantly trying to improve the resort. We are currently replacing the patio doors and windows that need replacing and changing out wall coverings. We're glad you approved of the bathrooms! We hope you give us another opportunity in the future! Thank you again!

这是我们第二年在Arrowwood度过劳动节假期周，我们全家——儿子、女儿和孙子孙女们——这是孩子们暑假快结束的时候。我们玩得很开心。这个度假胜地有很多事情可以做，所以没有人觉得无聊。我们去了游泳池，水上公园，篮球场，游乐场，水疗中心，还租了一个浮筒，等等等等。大部分的正餐我们在Lake Cafe和外面的Deck酒吧烧烤吃的，从来没有失望过。食物很好。我们的房间既干净又宽敞。工作人员总是很友好和乐于助人。已经计划好明年在Arrowwood度暑假了!!!!
