那天是我伴侣的生日,万豪酒店的工作人员尽一切可能让我们在这里过得舒适而难忘。从免费房间升级到套房、蛋糕、装饰品、水疗中心、自助晚餐和早餐——他们确保我们带着快乐的回忆离开。他们的前台助理热情而好客,每一个步骤都在帮助我们。其他员工也很友好!在享用早餐时,他们甚至安排了一个切蛋糕的仪式。这里的食物是必须品尝的,我们一定会再次回来!感谢古尔冈万怡酒店的招待!

服务员真的很友好。我绝对乐意再来光顾..:)饭菜真的很美味,服务员在吃早餐时也相当配合,虽然我们吃早餐迟到了,他们还是确保一切顺利进行..:)

在酒店呆了近3周。没有一天或任何事情让我感觉这里服务不合格。要特别提到戈拉夫,他为了让我感到舒适一直关心照顾我。

在这里住了一周,对酒店一尘不染的环境、友好的工作人员及美食感到非常满意。唯一的问题是在办理退房的时候,我们请礼宾部工作人员送水给我们喝,但等了十分钟水也没送过来,十五分钟过来,我们只得离开了酒店。看来酒店的服务品质在客人退房后会迅速下降。
