这里是普纳少有的高度关注顾客满意度的酒店。从登记入住到办理退房，包括餐厅、吧台、酒水服务、会议服务，客人能够体验到非常友善且支持性极强的酒店员工服务。在高峰期大约需要30分钟车程到达酒店，周围与克莱岗公园之间还有餐馆。早餐和午餐自助餐很不错。房间外表美观，大多数房间都有独立淋浴及卫生间，除此之外还有浴缸。总体来说是商务或者旅游的一个很好的选择。
