显示较少我们在这家酒店住的还可以,但是这家酒店的维护工作可以做到更好一些,因为员工不会去维护酒店,或者是因为他们没有受过训练。健身房的一些设施坏了,游泳池也没有得到很好的维护,连毛巾都没有。房间里也没有垫子和毛巾。总体来说,这是很一般的住宿体验。

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking time to advice on your recent stay at Lords Inn Jodhpur. Its only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the services that we provide to our valued Guests.
I was very disappointed to read your experience during your stay with us. Whilst an apology will not regrettably alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all my sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mentioned in your review, especially YOU MENTIONED POOL WAS NOT MAINTAINED but i would like to say that we maintain the pool 12 months and its always open the day of your visit Filtration was going on and so it was Closed and the issue of Towels and Bathmat.. you arruved early and complimentary early checkin was given to you . as the property was sold out last night we informed you at the checkin that it will take time to send Towels on which you agreed.….

1. Location is not good:-We cannot acknowledge this as we are located in one of the best locations in Jodhpur in the center of the city at PWD Circle one of the Posh Areas in Jodhpur
@. Shower Issue: - Reception had not received any complaint regarding Shower Issue. Had it been received we would have rectified it then and there or else we would have changed the room.
3. Blanket Issue:- Sorry to say but none of our rooms have Blankets . In all of our rooms we have Duvets and for Every Check-in we place fresh Duvet Covers. I have checked myself before arrival Fresh Lenin was placed in all rooms.
