La Joya Biu Biu is located just 2 minutes before the famous Balangan beach , yes so far the areas is still quiet if we compared with Kuta or Seminyak area but as you mentioned as soon as you arrived you will feel like at home far from the crowed surrounding by a beautiful landscape , exotic bungalows with thatched roof , our swimming pools and restaurant front of the Indian Ocean and our Senses Spa down the cliff ready to give you the best massage experience.

Regarding the insects problems we are truly sorry but peoples have to understand that Bali is an exotic country which obviously brings insects and small gecko but without it Bali will not be Bali anymore is also a part of the beautiful gift that this island brings , we do fogging once a week all the landscape and once a month all of our rooms but its impossible to avoid it 100 per cent but i am glad that you understood and thank you for the constructive feedback.

I also really appreciate your pro and cons feedback which they gonna be useful for us and which i am going to answer back to you ;

Pros : Balangan beach is 10 minutes away walking from our resort or 2 minutes by motorbike or shuttle , our Resort has a small private beach which you can access from our hidden pool . La Joya Biu Biu is located on a clifftop with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean , regarding our jacuzzi we are planing to make it more private within the following year and some changes to satisfy as much as we can our valued guest . I am delighted that our rooms met your expectations, about the sunset hope to see you soon for another one:).

Cons : La joya Biu Biu is located in Balangan beach which is still quiet if we compare with Kuta or Seminyak area
but the charm of our hotel is that you can have a peaceful stay and resting far away from the crowed. We do have public transport outside the resort who are independant drivers ( price list at the reception ) or we can also provide motorbike at the reception ( 70.000 rp per day ).
About our pool card you are right we did have issues in the past so we decided to do the Pool towel Card but i can understand it seem a bit complicated but i personally want to thank you for your understanding we do all appreciate it , so let me explain how does it works ; Once you check in and register at our reception we will give you the pool towel card who suits your room number , after that when you want to get a pool towel you give us the card and once you bring back the towel we will give you back your pool towel card .Here is our Terms&Conditions towel service is complimentary. However the loss of a towel card will incur a replacement charge of 250.000 rp or 50.000 rp for the loss of a towel.

I wish you could have enough time to try our Senses Spa , hopefully during your next stay with us (finger crossed) ,please accept my apologies about the cats issues and we will do our best to prevent this problem again.
