当我们意识到我们定的这个地方的房间跟卫生间是分离的时候，我们就像，“哦，不！我们做了什么？？！！”。然而，由于我们的错误，我们最终屈服于我们的信仰，因为我们选择了这个房间，并认为是最好的。所以，我们惊讶地收到了2把钥匙（1把是我们房间的，1把是浴室的）。显然，分开的浴室是一个私人的，很好很干净吧！酒店的内部很好，早餐很好很好吃！另外，连接也很好。友好和乐于助人的员工无疑是另一个伟大的方面。我们真的想再回到这家酒店。

与去年我住在Tanaya相比，这家酒店有两点进步：早餐现在有了更多的选择，网络连接也更好了。此外还有一些并不是由Tanaya提供的改善：在Tanaya前面，现在有一个很大的便利店，可以提供大部分你需要的东西，价格也很便宜。如果你想同时工作和享乐而且不花太多钱，这个地方是Legian最好的选择。离海滩、酒吧、便宜的餐馆和咖啡厅不远。请注意，一些房间仍然有房间外的非共享浴室。

Dear Nesya B,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your seven days stay at our hotel. Your reviews are always valued and acknowledged by all of our team members for our improvement in the future.
Kindly to informed you our hotel policy, all towel is inventoried upon check out and appropriate charge will be made for stained sheet, towel and missing item. We charged you for the towel because got stained on it and it's not because of dirty.
In regards for the staff searched your bin like digging it at the lobby, I have checked your history and base on CCTV, they did not do that. We never give a rude attitude and treating our guest impolite way, that is why we are concern upon reading your complaint regarding the treatment you received from our team.
We will look into it from many vantage points and investigate your report. Rest assured, no such rude behavior will be tolerated in our hotel.
We hope this clarifies matters. We appreciate your sharing and concerns and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

这家酒店的地理位置非常的神奇，位于库塔的中心位置。房间不大不小，正正好。内部环境很舒适，酒店的大堂比较小一些。需要注意的是，他们家没有自带的停车场，所以你要先把行李运到酒店（可能你要在拥挤的街道上卸下你的行李），然后再去寻找停车位。

真的很不错的暂住地，房间干净、舒适。地点非常好，10分钟步行可以到达海滩，附近有很多便利店。尽管位于很多夜店附近，但在房间里的时候，几乎上听不到外面的任何声音。真的是一个很棒的住宿地。肯定会再来的。
