酒店位置便利，去库塔、勒吉安或小镇外面都很容易。酒店不在库塔市中心，如果你有车就更好了。早餐是印尼菜，但味道不错，游泳池很赞，工作人员非常友善。全体工作人员服务都很快速。到目前为止，我觉得这是一家不错的酒店。

我们在酒店住的四晚都很愉快。从酒店前往海滩和库塔的市区只需要步行20分钟，只要你知道怎么走完全没有其他问题存在。酒店店员乐于助人，泳池也很让人宁静。我们的房间很宽敞，还带有休息室，里面有冰箱等必需品。作为三星级酒店，这家酒店我很推荐，这里性价比很高。感谢。

我住这几次了，我也试着住了其中一个别墅类型的住房，我可以说的是，每次我住的时候它都是脏的，我不是那种爱投诉抱怨的人，所以只是随它去了。其实这是一个不错的酒店，如果清洁可以做的更加仔细。

It is however with much regret to learn that there was an inconvenience experience of your stay at the room we provided. Kindly rest assured that of all our team has been well informed to avoid similar occurrence in the future and please accept our sincere apologies for any discomfort caused.
Nevertheless, I do hope that all of the above matter would not stop you from choosing Serela Kuta as your hotel destination in Bali. Once again, terribly sorry for the inconvenience occurred and thank you very much for staying with us and looking forward to welcome you back in the nearest future.

我和我的孩子们在那儿待了两天，这个酒店非常舒适，就像家一样。员工很亲切友好，游泳池很棒，价格合理，房间也不错，很容易就能找到街上的食物，如果你想参加聚会玩耍的话，离勒吉安海滩也很近。

我们很高兴呆在Serela旅馆。我们真的很喜欢酒店的氛围。十分放松，而且工作人员是非常有礼貌和乐于助人的。客房部和前台都提供最好的服务。酒店的房间是干净的，一切都看起来很新，维护很好..我们还会回到serela库塔巴鲁酒店当下一次我们访问巴厘的时候。
