饭店位置不错.楼下有购物商场.过马路即可到达库塔海滩.饭店对会员升等大方.早餐表现尚可.客房餐饮价位合理服务与口味也很棒.入住期间有体验SPA也是相当满意

在峇里岛而言，是间老牌饭店，位在海滩旁，周遭商店林立，紧临大型的购物中心。
房间面积很大，浴室亦然，虽然获得升等到可看海的房间，但是购物中心的现场演唱却非常吵杂，隔音太差，只好换房。
工作人员态度亲切专业有礼，值得赞美。
早餐还不错，选择性多，现打果汁值得推荐。

一如往常的订了基本房（税后约4200元）用完晚餐后入住，在门口安检的时候，被安检人员告知「山竹」无法带进饭店，所以被暂时保管了😓😓😓😓😓（另外榴梿也是禁止携带的，提醒一下想去的朋友）
柜台CI的时候告知因为钛金会籍已经将房间升等为套房，并且告知因为套房是是一大床房型，是否需要提供加床服务，不另收费！且因为已经错过双人下午茶时间（PM2-5），饭店人员还主动送来水果！
一进门真的很开心，好大的房间啊，有1.5套的卫浴设备（哈哈～一起住不用抢厕所）而且桌上的点心+手写卡片真的很有温度！对照官网上的房型，竟然是仅次于总统套房的海滨套房（房间有100平方米），看了一下今天的房价，一晚将近13000元～外面还有一个大大的露台（说也奇怪，我们明明只有2个人，外面为什么有3张桌子，4张椅子+2张躺椅🤔🤔🤔），心中懊恼著怎么这么晚才来～

First and foremost, thank you for your loyalty and continuous support as a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. It means the world for us.
Truly glad to know that the recognition extended by us could meet your high standard and expectation. And that you genuinely enjoy our spacious Ocean Front Suite.
Apologies that we need to apply prohibition on a couple of tropical fruit from entering the property. While Durian well known for it's a unique stench, we need to ensure our rooms are neutral-odor for all of our guests. Mangosteen is also well known for its capability for leaving unwashed marked in linen. I am relieved that this limitation will not taint the whole stay experience. And you still enjoy the stay experience.

是的，你可以在库塔花费更少的时间，但如果你想要在巴厘岛的喧嚣中享受奢华的感觉，那就来喜来登吧。这里所有的房间都很棒，巴厘岛的所有员工也很好，他们会竭尽所能满足你的需求。酒店就位于库塔海滩，从罂粟花巷步行一分钟就可以很容易到达所有的酒吧、俱乐部和餐厅。唯一的缺点是日光浴躺椅的数量有限。

thank you for choosing us as the place to celebrate such special moments.
I appreciate that you were highlighting the luxuriousness of the resort right in the center of busy Kuta and that we manage to deliver a memorable celebration trip for you and your loved one.
My apologies should the sunbeds was limited during your stay, please let us know whenever you reserve us again through social media. I will personally ensure that we keep a couple of sunbeds for you.
