First at all, thank you very much for your time to write and share your experience during stayed at Satriya
We are very surprised for your review regarding your disappointment that you had during your stayed.
We do apologize for the inconvenience that you had.
From all the guest that had stayed in our new standard room, this is the first time that said for the cockroach in the room. We will take this chance to make this review as our reference and invite the pest control agent to check it. Regarding the linen, we will double check and sort it immediately. We are sorry for the breakfast that maybe our breakfast didn't meet what that you expected. We will take action an check the room regarding this review.
Thank you for your review and we will take this for our reference to be high priority for our service and facilities.
We hope there will be a second chance for us to welcoming you back at Satriya, and maybe we can suggest you our superior room.

Our Deluxe room is our best type room that have spacious bath room size inside. This room have Balinesse typicall for the interior.

在一个美丽的地方度过一个美丽的假期!这里靠近海滩，即使你在库塔，一旦你走进酒店，你会发现这里听不到一点噪音!上流的酒吧，宽敞的房间，超棒的早餐，美味的食物，这些的价格都很公道！还有价格合理的饮料和鸡尾酒!工作人员都很优秀，非常乐于助人。我们迫不及待地想要再来这里一次！

我和妻子在萨蒂亚住了5个晚上，在那里度过了一个短暂而漫长的周末假期。酒店的工作人员再次表现得非常出色，他们还记得我们上次入住时的情景。会向情侣、家庭、单身人士推荐这里。好位置，好地方!

We're really happy that you were pleased to stay at Satriya which has a Great Staff that always smile and make you feel likes home, Clean Rooms that always cleaned by our Staff, Variety Foods on Breakfast, Peaceful Atmosphere, and Strategic Location that near by Kuta Beach, Beachwalk Mall, Traditional Art Shops, etc.

我喜欢这家酒店，仍然还是巴厘岛人所拥有的，而且离Kuta海滩很近。很安全，提供所有家庭组团客人或朋友组团客人入住所需的一切。池滨酒吧很赞。早餐和乐队区域可以提供更多的降温设备，因为有的时候很热。卧室可以粉刷一下，卫生间可以现代化一点。谢谢，非常赞的住宿之地。
