特别喜欢这家酒店的服务！五星的服务！酒店的massage 非常舒服，十分推荐Trisna！十分难忘的体验！还会再去!! 前台的Widia也很友好，热情！很难忘的体验！会推荐朋友过来!

非常棒的住宿体验，地点非常方便，选择有浴缸的房型干湿分离空间很大，并且设备充足有蓝芽音响阳台晒衣架吹风机，公共设施泳池非常棒很精巧很舒服，餐厅的服务也很贴心，不会让你后悔的饭店。会让人重复到访的饭店。

由于我们想在萨纳尔附近场馆所举行的体育比赛中支持我们的队伍，我们在这里呆了一天。房间既舒适又干净。他们供应西式早餐。服务很好。靠近海滩的位置使它很有趣。适合家人或朋友。

像个笑话。迷你吧非常小，我向酒店反映说冰吧不保冷，他们说他们知道，可以拿到前台去冷冻！只提供了一块肥皂。想多要得自己去要。不提供瓶装水。只提供一张房卡，所以我们出门的时候电源就断了，空调也不能一直开着。早餐的餐点都是温温热的，包括“热水”都是。培根和鸡蛋得点，然后要等很久。来这就是浪费钱，浪费我们的假期。

Many thanks for your feedback on tripadvisor. I really appreciate your time to do so.
I am very sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations.
Please be informed that what we have in room is minibar (suitable design for standard room) and not a specify refrigerator/freezer, however surely it can keep your beverage in cool temperature.
Our bathroom amenities standard set up is one soap bar, liquid soap and shampoo. But, we are more than happy to provide should you need additional request as well as the room key card, egg and bacon at breakfast. You just need to reach our team and they will assist you immediately.
Mr. Paul, we notice that you were currently staying with us in room 325 and hope we can assist you personally and ease the situation.

在 Artotel 度过了一段美妙的时光。这里离海滩很近，有很多餐馆。酒店的员工都很优秀，屋顶的游泳池也很棒。物有所值，每天的房价非常有竞争力。
