Please be informed that what we have in room is minibar (suitable design for standard room) and not a specify refrigerator/freezer, however surely it can keep your beverage in cool temperature.
Our bathroom amenities standard set up is one soap bar, liquid soap and shampoo. But, we are more than happy to provide should you need additional request as well as the room key card, egg and bacon at breakfast. You just need to reach our team and they will assist you immediately.
Mr. Paul, we notice that you were currently staying with us in room 325 and hope we can assist you personally and ease the situation.
