Regarding the current structure: please understand that we are in a transition moment between operations area, hence we are temporarily working with a local family which kindly provided the space in their own house for us to run our tours. The facilities are simple but the smiles are big and authentic, and we are grateful for their hospitality during this period. With this in mind, it is naturally a very authentic experience and most of our clients understand this temporary situation and appreciate the opportunity to experience the original Bali as it is. A hot shower is provided outdoors but with the appropriate privacy. As for the food, we never had any complaints regarding food quality; quite the contrary: everyone loves it!

As for the payment I cannot current comment on it before investigating why you ended up paying more; could you kindly contact us directly and if we find that to have applied the incorrect rates, we will gladly refund you the difference accordingly. Without this we cannot do anything at this stage. You may reply to any email messages we have sent you.

And you are right: the rainy season does affect the canyon, not only here in Bali but worldwide. Higher water flow changes the configuration of the canyon environment and in result, we must adapt the trips according to Mother Nature's will!
