房间宽敞干净，我们有一个阳台，可以俯瞰稻田，非常宁静。工作人员都很优秀，他们很友好，有礼貌，并竭尽全力使顾客的住宿很完美。我会再来的，并向大家强烈推荐阿拉亚酒店，作为乌布的度假胜地。酒店地理位置优越，距离猴林几分钟，商店就在马路对面。

我们一家人2个小孩（一个4岁，一个6个月大）来这里旅游，在这里住了4个晚上.酒店位置优越，酒店员工服务很体贴.点餐式早餐太棒了。房间也很好.酒店帮我们免费升级了房型，还有一个大大的浴室.我唯一想说的一点，这家酒店针对婴儿住客的辅助设备不够健全，这里的台阶很多，旁边没有预留辅助坡道，推婴儿车出门非常不方便.我们向酒店反应了这个问题，酒店马上为我们换了靠近酒店大堂的房间.但如果你想去酒店游泳池、餐厅或水疗中心，推着婴儿车可能会很有挑战性，需要提前做好心理准备.总的来说，这是一家拥有优秀员工的酒店。

我在这家酒店住了两天，我要来这边参加我朋友的婚礼。这家酒店设计的很不错，这里的员工也非常的友好，酒店的一切都是那么的完美，房间打扫的很干净，酒店的床躺上去很舒服，这里的枕头也很舒服，这边的设备都很棒。我的房间里面有一个阳台，能够看得见泳池的景色。酒店的员工都非常好，也很乐于助人，非常的热情好客，他给我带来了很棒的服务。这家酒店的地理位置也很棒，酒店就位于乌布的中心位置，从酒店出发只需要步行五分钟就能够到达猴林，而且周围还有很多餐馆，温泉浴场以及按摩店，商店。

我们在阿拉亚度假村见到了家人。我住在亚洲，我妈妈住在英国，我兄弟和妻子住在澳大利亚。我们很喜欢这次入住，食物很棒，员工真的很热心，乌布小镇所有景点位置都很好，去猴子森林的距离不至于太近！酒店也有很多好餐厅走路即可到。泳池很美，有两个泳池并且位于美丽的花园之中。我们绝对还会来。

这家酒店有最善良、最乐于助人的员工！！我们在酒店玩得很开心。这家酒店试图让游客沉浸在巴厘岛的文化中。酒店提供非常正宗的设计和体验，除了一个绝妙的位置外，还有超干净和舒适的设施。我们玩得很开心!最重要的是，我们的一个朋友在我们入住期间感觉不太舒服，工作人员竭尽全力确保她得到很好的照顾，我们都很舒服!我们喜欢我们在这家酒店的生活，愿意推荐给任何想要的人。
