我们在一个有两间卧室的别墅里住了一晚，我的妈妈，爸爸和我的两个儿子。别墅很宽敞，有一点巴厘岛的装饰。每个房间都有自己的电视和浴室。主房间里有一张沙发，所以可以让第三个人(我的大儿子)睡在那里。别墅也有自己的私人游泳池，可以俯瞰地平线。我们在阿鲁纳餐厅的泳池边吃早餐。餐厅有一个小池塘，里面有很多鱼，我喜欢那里的竹楼梯，那里的食物也很棒。我们有一个美好的家庭晚餐。所有的员工都很友好，前台的工作人员阿里非常乐于助人，我们和经理Tarum聊得很愉快(如果不是正确的名字，我很抱歉)。下次肯定还会再来的。

最近在特雅帕拉纳度假村度了2晚的蜜月。我们住在一个露台景观的私人泳池别墅，我很推荐。从早上到下午3：30左右都有太阳，这已经足够了。工作人员非常有帮助。我们参加了他们提供的自行车旅行之一，在几个观光景点(带秋千的水稻梯田等)和咖啡种植园停了下来，确实物有所值。可惜的是，我没听清她的名字，但她提供的信息非常丰富，乐于助人。唯一的缺点是枕头有点硬，所以睡觉时有点不舒服，但我们下次肯定会再回来。

这个地方就是天堂！从Wayan接我们走的那一刻起，我知道这将是一次很棒的住宿。每一个小细节都经过深思熟虑，可以俯瞰整个丛林的房间真是令人叹为观止！我非常害怕蜘蛛，对于其他评论提及的房间内有小虫子感到非常担忧，但是我们完全没有这个问题，包括阳台以及私人泳池在内的所有地方都非常干净，没有啥需要担忧的！食物很好，价格合理。我们晚餐吃了四道菜，还可以一边观看巴厘岛的舞蹈，一切都完美无瑕。从无边泳池俯瞰整个丛林也很棒。我可以继续在这里呆上几年，因为它就是这么棒。

我们入住山谷景观别墅，还可看到梯田，被大自然拥抱感觉，用品和硬件不错，晚间安静舒适。工作人员友善，早餐选择多但每到餐厅也需要等职员清理才可坐下，感觉职员比较被动。
唯不太满意是早上六时至八时有奇怪叫声（不肯定是唱歌，ceremony 还是yoga teacher在上课）令我们不得不起床。
另，往返乌布专车我们无法使用，据职员说当天封了皇宫的落车位置，客人需改在远些上落（约多行 20 分钟路程）不然替我们叫了的士，我们有老有嫩的走了20分钟路到皇宫，才发现其他酒店车可正常上落客！这点我很不理解。你们推荐我们乘的士（另收费）但根本没送到目的地，这真是很差的经验！
除此之外，酒店提供15分钟免费按摩（每房限2人），我们有5房（10次机会）但多次预约也失败，原因是技师只有两位，而很多时候已被约了，加上 business hour也有限，所以这次无法受惠。
免费下午茶不错吃，lounge 环境有冷气舒适。另晚餐虽贵市中心一点但也很有气氛，职员招呼很好。
虽然仍有改进空间但也值得推荐给准备去乌布的各位朋友～

I do agree that the staff in the restaurant could have been more proactive in preparing the breakfast table for your party of 10. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. Regretfully, your stay coincided with a cremation ceremony taking place in Ubud. The reason we move the shuttle drop-off point is because it is difficult to judge the traffic congestion such events may cause. We try to avoid our guests ending up stuck in the car and in traffic for hours. I’m sorry, but our spa facilities were designed with serenity and tranquility in mind, not for catering to large groups. As for the early morning singing, these are daily morning prayers at the nearby village. A part of rural life in Bali.
We will certainly take your feedback to heart to further improve our services. Again, thank you for staying at Tejaprana and for recommending us.
