Thank you for your kind review with the constructive comments. I’m glad that you found the villas comfortable and you liked the food we serve. I do agree that the staff in the restaurant could have been more proactive in preparing the breakfast table for your party of 10. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused you. Regretfully, your stay coincided with a cremation ceremony taking place in Ubud. The reason we move the shuttle drop-off point is because it is difficult to judge the traffic congestion such events may cause. We try to avoid our guests ending up stuck in the car and in traffic for hours. I’m sorry, but our spa facilities were designed with serenity and tranquility in mind, not for catering to large groups. As for the early morning singing, these are daily morning prayers at the nearby village. A part of rural life in Bali.
