Wonderful! Thrilled to hear that Firman, our Chief Concierge, went above and beyond as you had expected of him to deliver an exceptional experience. Glad to know too that this was not limited to Firman, but you also enjoyed great levels of service at the restaurant during breakfast. Our team is always the secret to a positively memorable experience and we are proud of what they do each day.

餐厅的氛围很好，万隆的服务一直很到位，特别是艾格尼丝·艾梅，在我入住期间非常乐于助人。各种各样的菜单，很丰盛，不仅有早餐，还有其他食物。我经常住在这里，很高兴能回到万隆希尔顿酒店。

这家酒店的服务热情周到，优先考虑，员工的服务也给了我们很好的欢迎。尤其是礼宾部和行政酒廊。如果我没记错的话，那里有个叫吉哈德的雇员对我们非常帮助。
