Thank you for staying with us and for providing us with your feedback. I am truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We do in fact meet or exceed the brand standards set for Howard Johnson franchisees by Wyndham, as evidenced by the fine job we did at our last inspection. Our goal at Howard Johnson Albany is to provide a clean, comfortable room for our guests at a value price. I am glad that you like our pool. For liability purposes we are required to know who is in the pool area. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we do limit pool usage to those who are registered at our hotel. Many local residents who are not guests of the hotel come to our pool on a hot day making it necessary for us to monitor the situation carefully. A notice advising of this policy is in fact posted prominently at the front desk. I do thank you for choosing us and hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
