酒店位于清莱市区，距离清莱的机场也仅仅5公里远，步行即可到达附近的一些老城区著名景点。酒店有江景房和套房，普通会员没有升级，只有乞丐房，不过房间极大，很舒适。

酒店提供免費穿梭巴士到藍廟、夜市及購物中心，方便住客輕鬆體驗當地文化。清萊艾美每間房間皆配有獨立陽台及舒適寢具，標準房為53平方米，豪華房為66平方米，尊貴套房為132平方米，可提供所有貴賓舒適寧靜的休息空間。我們期待在不久的將來能再次為您服務。祝 順心

在青睐的五星级酒店不多，这是其中一间，质素当然很好，很有渡假的感觉。我和朋友都很喜欢，再来清来的时候，一定会这间酒店。

这间清莱艾美酒店 位于各项旁边， 附近的人造花园环境十分优美但离开市中心都有一段距离 不过这里的设施充足 在酒店也有很多活动可以玩，房间干净及酒店的餐厅味道亦很好。

我在艾美酒店住了两晚。总的来说，这是一次非常棒的住宿体验。一切都是高质量的，早餐有好多不同风味的美味食物。只有一个小问题就是spa正在改造。但无论如何我也没有时间去做spa。住得很愉快，我真的希望以后还能再来。

We are delighted that you were impressed with the hotel’s comfort and overall high quality of facilities and service and very pleased that the variety of food on offer at the daily breakfast buffet was a highlight of your visit.

这家酒店的服务、早餐和工作人员都非常棒。在我们入住之前，发现很多人提到了建筑施工的问题，我们还有点担心。我们在这家酒店住了3个晚上，完全没有受到任何噪音或施工过程的干扰。我们要赞扬厨师Paramjit Singh Bamrah提供的出色的早餐准备和食物种类选择。水果特别棒。我会再次入住这家酒店的！！
