房间很干净。照片让我们想到会有一个很棒的游泳池，而现实却不是。我们没有游泳，因为他们在清洗游泳池。工作人员很友好。早餐还不错。他们提供了一辆弗雷德班车去市中心和夜市，这很好，因为酒店离市中心很远。

Greetings from the Chayadol Resort team.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Tripadvisor forum regarding your recent stay. We appreciate all feedback in order to continue delighting our guests and improving our services - whether they are good or bad.
I am sorry and do apologise that your stay coincided with our general backwash pump being faulty for our pool. As you may have noticed this was not a pleasant experience for us and as you correctly pointed out we even flew in external contractors to speed up the cleaning process and repairs in order to ensure it is fixed as fast as possible.
We appreciate your feedback regarding our friendly staff and breakfast. We do provide free shuttles to the night market and to the biggest mall to central plaza on a daily basis. Our hotel is not in the city centre however it takes only a mere 5 minutes to reach the heart of the city - so we are not that far as well.

我无意之中偶然发现了这个地方，决定不去我们平时住的酒店，因为这趟旅行我想要一个游泳池。这里离钟塔不太远，大约3公里，而且路线很容易就能获悉到。房间很大，很现代，而且非常干净。工作人员不能再好了，前台的女孩们英语相当不错。现在是淡季，网上订票网站的价格非常便宜。早餐很好，在这个价格范围内，是走遍泰国能发现的典型选项。他们有各种各样的食物，晚上11点前可以把食物送到你的房间。对我来说，这个酒店很棒，从现在起，这里是我在清莱的居住之地。

旅行了3个多月，这家旅馆是最好的。有去夜市及购物中心的免费班车。每天都有人留纸条问候我们，房间打扫得很干净。食物还不错，但最让我们开心的是那些非常快乐又专业的员工。

从清莱机场过来大约20分钟，200泰铢。酒店很小，只有两层，房间俯瞰小游泳池。工作人员友好而礼貌。房间干净，床不错。阳台俯瞰泳池。打车去清莱市中心用时10分钟，约100泰铢。酒店晚上有班车。早餐还可以。两人5晚含早餐价格约112英镑，所以没什么可抱怨之处。推荐。这是我第一次去清莱，也是我每年一度泰国之行的第30次。有很多事情可做，可以放松几天。我通常在华欣住，这里要便宜些。

我们在这家酒店有次很愉快的入住。阳台很大，有很好的景致。他们为我们预订了旅行，帮着租了滚筒。早餐很棒，但是种类不多样，大概是因为这是个小酒店。泳池的水很冷，或许是因为我们是在冬天来的。非常高兴我们住在这里。
