非常好的一次体验 酒店非常漂亮服务也很好 海边餐厅太美了东西也很好吃！！位置优越，交通便出行方便，需要出行会安排车子送，门口有停车位非常方便，大厅简洁大气，布局合理，有轻音乐，很好听，前台茶非常不错，前台效率高，周到，专业很不错，房间采光好，明亮，安静，卫生很干净，床垫很舒服，出水快，水温好，网速快，办公方便 强力推荐！！服务员都很热情，客房服务员到房间处理问题都十分及时，卫生做的也很干净，酒店环境不错，客房用品齐全，毛巾被子也都很干净，住着很安心

From the beautiful surroundings to the delicious food at the seaside restaurant and the convenient transportation options, it sounds like you had an excellent stay.
I am delighted to read that the attention to detail, such as the simple and elegant lobby, efficient and professional front desk staff, comfortable rooms with good lighting, and fast internet speed for work, all contribute to a memorable experience.
How nice to read that the enthusiastic and timely service from the staff and room attendants, as well as the emphasis on cleanliness and safety, add to the overall quality of your stay. Thank you for sharing your recommendation.

今年也是在这里度过结婚周年纪念，同样也继续选择了Oceanside的房间，由于是第二次入住，职员很窝心，特别安排上年的房间给我们，还送上小蛋糕！酒店所有职员的服务态度依旧非常友善，早餐非常丰富好味，环境一流，值得再次入住！

酒店位置不错，很近华欣夜市。员工十分亲切，很乐意帮忙且反应很快。
环境，房间装潢都很满意，可是游泳池有点少，如果酒店内的活动多一些会更好

千挑万选选择此饭店的独栋Villa享受二人世界，房间品质及人员服务都还可以，但房间内的热水忽冷忽热且水量超级超级超级小(因为重要所以讲三次)，房间有按摩浴缸放水放到天荒地老而且是冷水没有热呼呼的感受，随附泡泡浴及牛奶浴可供泡澡选择，个人而言较不符合预期.....

Regards to the comment on water pressure, it quite concern as we rarely received such a feedback, I have personally shared your feedback with the department head to identify on what went wrong and how can we prevent this from happening again.
