通过Booking.com预订了一个房间后，在离到达时间还有2周的时候，我收到了一封邮件，说我们的预订被取消了。印象太差了，因为我预定了到达后的第二天做手术。当我去查看一年中的不同时间的房价时，我发现了一些可疑的地方，全部都没房了(所有的12个月都被预订一空)，不要浪费你的时间和金钱，因为他们可以随时取消预订。永远不会推荐这家酒店或booking.com。

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at RCB Patong Hotel, we are delighted to hear that overall you had a great stay at our hotel.
Of course, our hotel is located at the middle of Patong beach, just walking distance to the Patong’s biggest shopping department store, dining and nightlife entertainment on Bangla road and also gateways to other landmark around Phuket.
Regarding to poor internet connection during you stayed with us, we take all guest comments very seriously and your suggestions will help us to improve our services in the future.

这家酒店是物有所值的。酒店的价钱非常经济而且就在巴东的中心，走两分钟就能走到江西冷购物商场。酒店背后就有停车场。如果你喜欢参加派对，或者晚上出去玩的话，我会像你推荐这里。因为酒店所处位置的缘故，你不会太早睡觉的，因为旁边就是拳击场。房间的保洁会在中午我午睡的时候突然进来，然后直接就走进我上锁的房间里来。市中心里便宜的住处就是这里了。

在这度过了两个美好的夜晚。五楼的房间很干净，足够的大小和基本的设施，并当我们第一次入住时有好闻的味道。浴室是足够的。配套的早餐是相当的基础但也足够好了。 购物中心，餐厅，小贩食品和娱乐场所都在较近的距离内。 没有什么花哨的地方，但作为一个旅游者，这家酒店是足够好到可以被称作家的地方了。

这是我们住过的最差的旅馆。给我们了一个五层的房间，很肮脏，浴室有很多问题，我们投诉后，得到了三层的一个新房间，这是一个改进。酒店员工特别是接待人员非常不友好。酒店位于市中心，许多客户把妓女带进这家酒店。这就是为什么所有的房间都有安全套。wifi只能在大堂使用，房间里没有信号。离开时，因为我们喝了两瓶水，被迫为此支付60泰铢。我不推荐这家酒店给有孩子的家庭或任何人。

房间还可以，床和浴室都还算洁净，包括浴缸。步行2分钟就可以到达邦古拉街，但是我不会再次入住了，因为他们的员工非常可怕、粗鲁。他们压根儿就让你感受不到自己受欢迎。
