酒店员工，每一位都是笑容满面，贴心服务。
让我们没有想到的是，当他们得知我们是蜜月旅行，他们特地为我们准备了蛋糕、果篮还有桃心气球…可爱极了！我先生是净素主义，酒店厨房特意为他私人订制一日三餐！
酒店的环境，不用多说，五星酒店该有的这里一应俱全，特别的是：酒店的私人海滩会所，客人享受海滩独有待遇；我们酒店的房间是海景，美极了；另外值得一提的是，这里的海滩是卵石海滩，海水湛蓝清澈透底。
酒店的餐食和酒水全部包含在酒店费用里，随便享用！特别的是：星巴克咖啡全天24小时也是免费供应。
对于我这个200%猫奴来说，这个酒店极其特别：猫咪在酒店花园来去自由！我天天可以喂猫咪，所以我从来不会剩饭，没有浪费。当然，对于猫咪有芥蒂的客人可以选择”无猫区”。更多

我们刚从理科斯市区酒店住了晚回来，我们很享受在那的每分每秒。工作人员竭尽全力去为你服务。我们晚上很晚才到，第二天醒来后隔壁房正在装修，很吵，而且房间的海景有限（需要另外付钱升级海景房），当我们向前台提出这些后，他们直接让我们换房间，真的很感谢，后来我们都住得很开心。如果你像我们一样是爱猫人士，那么你会更爱这家酒店。他们受到很好的照顾，很友好，我们喜欢把他们带到附近！游泳池很棒，食物也不错-有时有些重复但质量很好。我认为早餐还有改善的空间，如增加煎蛋、格兰诺拉麦片和丹麦糕点等种类，会很棒。我也认为酒店应该有一些晚间娱乐活动。令人惊讶的是，这家五星级酒店的晚上，除了11:45结束的DJ打碟之外，没有任何现场表演。游泳池边的水果手推车、冰法兰绒衣服和提供溜冰鞋的工作人员给我留下了深刻的印象，这样独特的风格吸引着我下次还会再回来的。
