饭店很新,早餐非常丰盛,种类的选择很多,很好吃,服务人员也很亲切,但是周围在施工,门口有间PUB晚上会吵到睡眠,泳池不很漂亮,也没有桑拿,

邻近酒吧的严重的噪音问题!

我在晚上11点45分左右向前台投诉,他们只是说酒吧通常在凌晨2点关闭,他们无能为力。

前台工作人员让我由5楼搬到更高的楼层(16楼),但房间里没有电,然后我再次和前台工作人员交谈,她在21楼向我提供了另一个房间, 但那个房间也没有电。 真的很烦人,我必须移动房间2次,两个房间都没电!

10分钟后,工程师为我打开了空调和灯。 我最终在早上12:45在21楼安顿下来,但房间类型与我预订和付款完全不同。 噪音污染比原来的5 / F稍好一点。

然后,我在希尔顿网站通过在线聊天室再次投诉噪音问题,及给我的房间并未有准备妥善(两次也没有电)。 工作人员让我向他们提供详细信息,让我等待并转移到3名工作人员处理我的案件,我需要一次又一次地重复我的案件细节; 最后,投诉程序在凌晨2:45完成。 公司客户关系部门的工作人员回答说他们会在3-5天内给我一个补偿解决方案。

第二天,当我从酒店退房时,前台经理问我和他们住在一起,我和她分享了不愉快的经历,她给了我免费的出租车到机场。

在我返回祖国5天后,我期望收到他们的答复,但没有他们的后续行动。 然后我发邮件给他们的公司客户关系部门; 然而,他们的回复是由前台经理解决的情况,已提供免费的出租车到机场给我。

我选择了Hilton 是因为他是国际品牌和其声誉,但我对在岘港希尔顿酒店住宿期间以及他们如何处理我的投诉案件感到非常失望。

We regret to read that your experience was not as enjoyable as we would have wished and it surely does not reflect the effort from the team to bring excellent service to our guests.
Please allow us to sincerely apologize for issues related to your dissatisfaction with the noise pollution as well as the problems you had with our rooms.

Your comments on noise pollution are openly received as we are currently involved with communications to local authorities to help reduce any disturbance to our guest experience.
It is however a matter that we cannot confirm will be resolved within the immediate future, therefore we try to provide alternative measures to keep our guests comfortable when needed.

Hopefully we may have another opportunity to welcome you back again and restore your faith in Hilton Da Nang.

酒店员工都很友善和服务周到。酒店客房干净整洁、宽敞舒适。餐厅食物质素良好,价钱亦十分合理,另外,自助早餐的食物选择非常多。

能够与其他hilton 一样有高贸质数的服务与环境。但晚上比较嘈,另外游泳池比较少。早餐种类很多很好。地点亦一流,附近已经是han market.

是次经expedia选择希尔顿酒店·· 选择了 king size双人床·· 面向河景·· 酒店房间舒适整洁· 员工态度友善·· 房间内设有浴缸及淋浴间厕所跟淋浴区分· 感觉这样的设计很贴心·· 值得推全似酒店
