We are sorry for the inconvenience with the third night, the room was all ready booked before the staff was aware of it, therefor we notified you that it wasn't possible to stay another night, there was a mis-communication from our side, and we appologize for that.
We have checked the air-conditioning and didn't find anything wrong with it, if you would have notified us directly we would have checked it straight away to solve the problem.
We hope you did have a nice onward travel in Vietnam.
