My apologize for your poor experience. Full service Marriott hotels have different offerings and standards to other Marriott properties. We do not have microwaves in the rooms or safes, we do offer safety deposit boxes at the front desk to secure any items you may need to store away. When any guest checks in they put a credit card on file, that credit card will be the one charged if you do leave the property without checking out at the desk. We are centrally located in the suburbs of buffalo offering quick access to UB and the 290, one of the great things about are location is the free parking! less out of your pocket, anyone can appreciate that...
