Movenpick Resort & Residence’s Aqaba过去是以其超棒的早餐和无可挑剔的服务而闻名的。我们预定了小木屋公寓里的两件卧室，但是发现木屋就建起以来从未维修过。油漆是脱落的，家具是脏的，厨房没有用因为我们不被允许带食物进来，而且迷你吧台只有四瓶水。早餐十分失望，食物是冷的，面包是馊的，华夫饼和煎饼处没有人而且不会上新，食物选择十分有限。唯一保持正常的是他们的服务。但是，总体来讲十分失望
It is very disappointing to read unsatisfactory review from a repeated guest who is accustomed of the services Movenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba is known for. Please accept my apologies for the inconsistencies in our services which lead to unpleasant experience.
I asked the team to specifically take your review as a learning lesson for improvement and moving forward. All your comments are well-noted and appropriate plan of action will be in place to address shortcomings in food offerings and upgrading our facilities. In fact, I would like to share with you the renovation plans that which will be underway very soon. Not only rooms will be included in the planned refurbishments but several outlets are also included in this project.
Nevertheless, it is also good to know that the team's services are complimented and we will make sure that we will even work hard to continuously strive to even become better.
We hope your recent stay will not deter your decision of staying with us again in the future. The team and I will really appreciate another chance to deliver seamless services and enjoyable stay on your next visit.
