Dear Guests;
Thank you for your experience and frustration with us on TripAdvisor and sincerely apologize that it was not a flawless visit as we hoped for.
First , the town is the birthplace of Hokkaido Ainu culture far from the downtown in Hokkaido to let the tourist to experience the Hokkaido culture and the peace of Hokkaido.
Second, we will prepare the menu for you special to consider your allergies if you email or contact us in advance.
Third, about the room Cleanliness, we appreciate your valuable feedback about it.
We appreciate your comments and ensure that our guests enjoy the positive experience that we are committed to deliver.

唯一的遗憾是没能住上与舒淇在《非诚勿扰》中的同款房间（应该是在我们隔壁）。我们的虽然也是天之座，可惜是靠左的一间，旁边视线会多少被邻家的酒店挡住。希望调换可惜已经没有available的房间了。如果希望住舒淇电影同款，建议提前和酒店沟通好。
其他一切都很好。阿寒湖那个小镇看上去破破的，这间应该就是当地最好的酒店了，优雅幽静，入住时会在签字填表时送上很好吃的茶点以及游船优惠券（便宜10%）
每一间房间都有一个美丽的名字，且彼此私密性都很好。入住时会英文的工作人员会耐心讲解屋内各种装置的使用方式。
定酒店时预定了萌之膳的晚餐，穿着浴衣按时间去餐厅，工作人员已经在等待迎接，虽然是日本的工作人员，语言完全不是障碍，进餐过程很愉快，晚餐也很好吃。第二天的早餐也很豪华，酒店安排了会中文的工作人员负责我们桌。和父母相谈甚欢。
这次是带着先生和父母一起的旅行，他们对酒店整体都很满意，之后其他行程中住酒店时都会忍不住拿这一天出来比。
以后有机会，希望可以住到舒淇同款：）
房间贴士： 如果想住舒淇同款房间，建议提前与酒店沟通看是否有空房

北海道北部在隆冬时节气温非常低。这里的食物看起来很棒，吃起来也很美味。我们的房间面积很大，有两个浴室和一个为我们的户外私人温泉准备的淋浴间。酒店的风格很传统。我们的司机带我们去看了丹顶鹤。我们可以自由地在森林里散步，穿过冰湖，人们在那里享受冬季运动。阿伊努人的村庄很有趣。我想，想到另一种“传统”生活方式正在沦落为旅游业，我感到很难过。我极力推荐这个地方。绝对值得一试。
