虽然住酒店wi-fi不是一个很重要的东西 ,但对于一个晚上来说是一个很重要的东西, 因为wifi 完全不能连上而且十分不稳定， 都知我太太不停骂我要我打电话跟他们说， 但是我太太和我的英文是幼稚园级别， 导致在电话上完全是摸不著边， 至于早餐 ，如果是要求是吃饱，它是可以满足你的，但如果你要求是一个可以拍照的早餐，简直是浪费了你那么早起床， 不过花生豆腐很好吃 ， 至于境观不用说了看图片， 但它十分便宜，所以我觉得性价比还是高的

I thank you very much for sharing your honest and constructive feedback on Trip Advisor and would like to take this opportunity to present my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by insufficient wifi connection in your room at certain moment of your stay. However please allow me to clarify the following points:
For any other potential guests reading your review, please understand I just would like to make clear that the problem you are reporting happens only when the hotel is at maximum occupancy and mostly in the evening. I am actually living myself in this building so although I totally recognize that our connection can punctually be weak, I am confident to assert that we do have an internet connection in the hotel which is working well most of the time.
Please also allow me to comment on the fact that “the hotel has no plan to fix this issue”. Please be assured we are aware that wifi connection during periods of high demand is a necessary area of improvement for our guest experience, and therefore we definitely have a plan to improve on this : we are now on process to finalize contracting with a supplier to fully renovate the wifi system and routers by end of Fall 2019. I am sincerely sorry that his renovation plan could not be completed before your stay.
Finally, although your feedback is exclusively focused on the wifi connection issue, I sincerely hope that your overall stay also included some of the many positive aspects highlighted in other reviews on this website, such as the efforts of our teams in their daily services and helpfulness.
