We are happy to hear that your stay with us was overall satisfying. We have taken note of the areas that stood out; from the great views of mount Kilimanjaro, our buffet selection, friendly and attentive staff and clean and nice rooms.

We also take note of the areas that we did not meet your expectations, that of not being able to charge your phone in your room when you are not inside because you need to use the power card. If we had known that we could have offered a solution either to detach the power card or charge your phone in our public outlets. As for the Sauna it works when electricity is on.
