饭店服务人员很亲切，住房也很舒适，房间很大，床很宽，也很干净。饭店有健身房和不错的餐厅，健身房是免费的，饭店的早餐比较贵，如果不是包套的，建议可以到附近吃吃当地的早餐。可惜离市区有点距离，交通不是很方便，附近没有什么景点和好逛的，有点偏僻，要坐车到市区去，bus不多，如果是跟团或自驾或叫grab会比较好。这里华人很多，在附近吃东西用华语可以沟通。附近有自助洗衣店，洗加烘只要9马币，一个小时之内可以完成。

这是我在新山市最喜欢的酒店，这里提供的住宿条件质量非常高，而且超级物有所值(^__^)，房间干净又舒适，早餐可选择的种类多到让人惊讶!俱乐部酒廊很不错，但欢乐时光提供的食物质量很高而且可选择种类很多。酒店周围也有很多不错的餐厅，酒店离新山中央车站只有20分钟的路程。相当的物有所值。

最近在这家酒店住了一晚。如果没有弄错的话，这是我自2014年酒店软开业以来第四次入住这里。房间保养得很好，干净整洁。我住在1115房间，但不幸的是雨淋器坏了，不知道为什么酒店使用如此低质量的洗脸巾。毛巾很轻，没有以前的好。除此之外，一切都好。我喜欢这家酒店的原因之一是其早餐。有很多选择，我喜欢它的果汁吧。很遗憾在晚宴期间，烤羊肉太干了，宫保鸡丁也很一般，就鱼的味道真的很好。甜点我吃了巧克力泡芙，但味道不太好。我知道这家酒店有一支很棒的糕点队伍，但不知道为什么他们的甜点好像少了什么。
