我们从吉隆坡远道而来。不能使用借记卡，前台坚持收现金或使用信用卡。房间还好，视野不错。厨房里的餐具上还有污渍。早餐很一般。停车场的电梯坏了。所以如果你把车停在顶层，你就需要爬楼梯取车。入口处的接待不太会说英语或印尼语。所以如果你需要帮助，很少有人能帮到你。总的来说那天运气不好，讨厌这种经历，再也不会来了。
We do empathize with you for coming up from Kuala Lumpur on the weekend and probably experience some traffic jam on the way up here before being told that we do not accept debit cards for deposit for incidental charges for your stay.
We usually attempt to explain why we do not accept debit cards for deposits to our guests but, on the day of your check in, either the front office staff was too busy or was inadequate in the explanation.
Herein is our explanation.
Our hotel accepts full room payment via debit card but do not swipe debit cards for ‘deposits’ for incidental charges due to it being of disadvantage to the guest. The repayment to the guest for the unused amount made through the debit card will take some time for the bank to refund to the guest.
This is the reason why we only accept deposit payment by either cash or credit card. Deposit cards for definitive amounts are welcome.
Cleanliness and hygiene are one of the hotel’s main priority. This is insisted on our entire team, especially Food and Beverage and Housekeeping Teams.
The stained kitchen utensils provided in your unit has been an oversight and the matter had been shared with those responsible for immediate corrective action.
As our carpark was under heavy use on that day, one of the components inside the elevator had failed to function properly and our Maintenance Team was working at that time to rectify the issue. It is now functioning and back to normal.
As a 5-star hotel, communication is important and most of our front-line staff do communicate well. We do conduct frequent training for our staff. However, inevitably we do have some foreigners and interns with us and you probably have encountered one or two on that day.
Notwithstanding your decision, we look forward to welcoming you back again and to serve you well.

绝对不能错过员工们的出色服务，尤其是接待处员工。我们升级后的套房非常棒，舒适的床和完美的浴池，太适合放松了。唯一缺少的是接驳车，不过往返很便宜，这里还有基本早餐供应。
