酒店的客房内部相当不错。虽然某些地方比较奇怪——比如在淋浴室里边的热水浴缸，但总的来说，房间相当干净整洁。酒店提供充足的浴液和肥皂等，工作人员都非常好。拉低酒店评分的点主要是早餐，这家酒店的早餐与我们住的其他酒店相比有很多不足之处。从酒店使用速溶茶这一点来说，早餐的质量就不太好。最后我们更倾向于出去吃早餐。我们一行人一共8对夫妇，虽然大部分体验都不错，但是有一对夫妇因为下水道的异味不得不更换房间。

Thank you for taking your time to review your stay with us at Horizon Hotel.
Our location is definitely a plus being in the centre of Kota Kinabalu City Centre and within mere walking distance from shopping malls and other places of interest. We believe that the surrounding areas have something for everyone.
We were glad you enjoyed your room. The layout however is indeed unique and remains to be part of our selling point.
We appreciate your constructive feedback and we shall continue to improve our facilities and services to ensure that our valued guests such as yourself have a pleasant stay with us.

这是一家很好的酒店，就在市中心。虽然我们不喜欢他们的早餐(煎蛋和水煮蛋)，但这里餐馆里的食物很好。不过，厨师会根据客人的要求做出新鲜的煎蛋卷和薄饼。楼上有一个小游泳池，但只够放四张日光浴床。如果你出差访问亚庇时，我会说这是一家不错的酒店。

Many thanks for the recommendation in your review. Much appreciated.
As you mentioned we are in a great location and we agree that is indeed a very walk-able city.
Thank you for drawing our attention to your thoughts on our breakfast. These has been passed on to our F&B Manager. We are constantly working on the general upkeep of the hotel and will definitely look at the pool area.
