泳池下雨天会无法使用。
酒店装修过于老旧,人员也并非达到五星级水准。
整体饭店而言大概只能说是比三星级好一点的接近四星级的饭店而已。

酒店相对比较旧式,房间地毯旧,电话旧,看起来有点脏。但房间空间都可以,本人所住房间对街,较光猛,但其中有家人房间向内大堂,很暗,感觉不喜欢。还有,大堂门口工作人员选择性协助。本人经验是,刚到达时员工立即协助搬行李,然后送到房间,但其后未见有吔表现,离开当天叫左车在门口,冇过来协助。

凯悦酒店有很多不同的餐厅,从马赛克餐厅到渚餐厅(是一家日本餐厅),到丹戎寺厨房,马赛克餐厅是一家安静的咖啡馆,在那里你可以喝到咖啡、糖果和茶,丹戎寺厨房是城里最好的自助餐厅之一。所有餐馆的工作人员都非常友好和热情。我每年去基纳巴卢一两次,那里的食物标准很高端。管理层做得很出色!我最喜欢的是丹戎阿鲁厨房的阿萨姆牛尾,它是马来西亚最好的牛尾之一。他们的海南鸡饭也很好吃。

Mosaic Cafe is a great spot to connect with friends over a cup of aromatic coffee, delicious food from our mobile kitchen, wide range of cakes and our 14 flavors of homemade gelato. Having been awarded as the best buffet restaurant in town, Tanjung Ria Kitchen offers nothing but best food, whether in taste, quality, and hygiene standard. 我们在凯悦酒店停留了两天。它的位置很好。你可以步行去购物中心、俱乐部和其他旅游胜地。但是,游泳池很小,没有私人海滩。

I have to agree with you that the hotel’s central location provide the accessibility for our guest to nearby shopping malls, local market and restaurants. Being the town’s first 5-star international hotel for almost 40 years, we are constantly upgrading the property to keep up with the trend and we are working hard to refurbish our premises image step by step. 这完完全全没感觉是hyatt的品牌 太差 又脏 今天游泳池想拿浴巾 那浴巾脏到吓死人 像咖啡整杯倒上去的斑点 叫他换过一条 房间保险柜没电 外面脏到。。。而且为甚么单支沐浴露跟润肤乳都不是满的- - 可以解释吗 这样子会让人感觉是别人用不完去补上去的 之前这支润肤乳我在峇里君悦也是用同一支品牌 但人家明明是满的 。。
