房间很大，清洁，可以望到海，还有浴虹。
门口服务生都好好人，有礼貌，帮我报团，我参加了神山温泉团，估不到他打电话提醒我明天出发的时间。还帮我安排的士，帮我拿行李上车。
酒店很大，任何地方都有泳池/沙滩，喜欢游泳太好了。估唔到呢个团会去睇埋牛场同大红花，而且领队唔错。
早餐好多选择，还可以望海食早餐。
酒店7点有少数民族表演，正！
酒店有很多游艇，还有水上中心，还可以买飞去各小岛。
我住过沙巴很多酒店，这间服务比其他五星级服务好，下次会再来。

丈夫，我和孩子是在 28/08/2022 check in 酒店的，因为酒店的床有点软，枕头也很软，导致我晚上睡到不好。由于睡到不好早上(29/08/2022) 起身洗脸时，我就拉到后面的腰。我后面的一个腰部都很痛，痛到不能连走到都成问题。因为痛到不能连走到都成问题，所以我根本都无法下去 Restaurant 吃早餐。由于我们的配套是有包早餐的，所以我叫先生带儿子去 Restaurant 吃早餐时，跟服务员说我的情况，麻烦他们送早上上来给我吃。那里的服务员说：“不能，叫我打1号或3号“。我打去1号跟服务员说了我的情况，麻烦他们安排把早餐送到我房间。1号的服务员接通3号(Room Service Dep)给我，我也跟3号的服务员讲了我的情况，那服务员叫我下去 Restaurant 点要吃的早餐，过后他们才送去我房间。NOTE: 若我自己能过自己下去 Restaurant，那我就需要麻烦你们送早餐去房间给我了。
你们的知道我的腰拉到很痛，一个关心也没有，麻烦你们送早餐还要我自己下去点。对我来说：“你们简直是只看重酒店的生意，一点都不关心顾客”
还有我要求要加喝的白开水，Customer Service 的服务员说给我4瓶，但却送2瓶水来，送水来的服务员却说“只能给2瓶而已”。请问白开水很贵吗？难道你们要顾客自己带白水去酒店吗？
观光主题的丝绸港Sutera Harbour有高尔夫球场、游艇码头及二间饭店，其中太平洋是高楼式海景观光饭店，大厅中央有个抢眼的海豚雕塑，旁边餐厅不忘随时促销，在钢琴酒吧后面就是饭店设计刻意升高大厅位置。
太平洋酒店的Spa是自有品牌，设施有八间芳疗室加二座户外Spa凉亭。有一间双人芳疗室附设露天淋浴及桑拿烤厢，仅此一间要预约喔。

一个人入住 享有vip的感觉
一进房间拉开窗帘 面对的是高尔夫球场
比起海景房我更爱这种满满的绿色景观
走到阳台也可以看的到海景
最棒的是每个房间都有自己的浴缸
另外也很大推饭店的泳池👍🏻
120cm&150vm的深度
很适合大人小孩一起玩
泳池中间还有设立吧台
当你口渴或者肚子饿都可以坐在那泡著水享用
在傍晚的时候
还可以在泳池边看着霞光洒向海平面🌄
也可以选择在这享受椰子树🥥🌴下的buffet
听着海浪声 看着日落 ⋯
这里的服务人员对于旅客的需求都能耐心回复，且续住时客房打扫的很细心干净，还很可爱的赠与巧克力给我们，房间的整洁度无可挑剔👍👍。
再来，这里的泳池及其他设施并不输其他间度假村，唯一小遗憾是我们行程有安排跳岛一日游，所以没时间玩到所有的设施，对了，因度假村内有自己的码头，跳岛时可跟搭配的旅行社领队要求结束后直接搭船前往度假村，这样真的很方便，把自己稍微擦过穿件外衣就能直接回房间洗澡换干净衣物了，这点我觉得赢过所有的市区酒店😄😄。
最后，如果你是非雨季前往的话，这里的夕阳美景可媲美丹绒亚路海滩呢！😍😍

一进房打开门都是蚊子还要一股怪味道。
房间浴室浴缸有问题、莲蓬头坏掉。
晚餐自助餐券日期还写错导致无法进入，还必须到柜台更改。
服务效率不佳，办事很慢。

柜台check in的人员训练不足，等候排队后，处理完前组客人后，柜台人员一声不响就离开，让客人傻等了30分钟抱怨后才请人处理，如果此柜台人员离开不再办理入房作业应该告诉客人，此五星饭店服务品质待加强！
