你一进去就可以感受到宁静的氛围。员工友好而乐于助人，他们的微笑冲淡了我身体旅行后的疲惫。你不需要担心任何问题，因为他们可以随时提供帮助（即使没有要求），这一点让人非常惊奇。这家酒店非常容易找到。经过这次体验，我绝对会是这里的“回头客”。这里真的是每个来碧瑶游玩的人的必去之地。

酒店刚好在公交枢纽旁边，非常便利。我们的房间视野很好，而且井井有条。空调和热水器运转良好，所以我们对预订的房间非常满意。唯一的问题是wifi，另外我们注意到酒店提供的洗脸巾上有污渍，所以没再使用了。

我是6月29日上午到达碧瑶的，然后在这家店吃的早餐。他们的自助早餐很好吃，服务业很棒。尤其是服务员Loren Garcia，她很细心、乐于助人。

这是我们第二次入住百吉欧酒店。第一次入住的时候，我们订了一个非常漂亮的房间。我们订了两间相邻的房间，都是新的，有舒适的大床和枕头。然而，这一次，房间装修是过时的，但它有浴缸和小厨房，有微波炉，餐桌和沙发。前台工作人员，警卫和行李员都很热情，友好，乐于助人。对了，请多提供一些早餐的菜品种类，选择的余地更大些，孩子们也享用了免费早餐，真暖心。我们喜欢住在这里的原因是因为这里的地理位置很好!我们喜欢喝水，我们的儿子喜欢喝热牛奶，所以有免费的水喝让我们觉得很棒。总的来说，我们在这里度过了一段美好的时光，我们会回来的。

点的汤和鸡尾酒大虾沙拉作为前菜，主菜为我妻子点了鱼和汉堡。我的汤在10分钟后来了，然后就再也没上过什么了。45分钟之后，在我多次呼叫之后我妻子的鱼和鸡尾酒大虾上来了，还有我的汉堡和薯条，但是我的菜都已经凉了。所以我只能把他们退回去，在等我的菜重新做的时候，我只能干看着我妻子吃她自己的菜品。这顿晚饭花了我们1个半小时，但是吃只用了10分钟。他们借口说店里的人手不够，所以工作人员比较匮乏。再也不会来吃了。
