Thank you for your comments but as you are yet to stay at the hotel I think it would be fair to say that this is your opinion on our ability to uphold pricing parity and not a review of the hotels facilities or its services, which is the true purpose of this blog site.
As has been demonstrated to you by both Hilton Guest Assistance and by the hotel, you do not have a dispute with the hotel, but with a website that is not associated with the hotel. Hilton guarantees the best price to our Hilton members and as your request for a Best Price Guarantee was declined, it reaffirms that both Hilton and the hotel have upheld their commitments to you.
As much as we empathise with you in relation to third party sites displaying questionable rates, it should be note you were given the options to cancel your direct none refundable booking with no penalty and utilise this site, but you opted not to. I also have personally reaffirmed you will be taken good care of when you do stay with us as gesture to help alleviate your frustration.
In closing, it is disappointing you would write a review of the hotel suggesting poor service when you are yet to stay with us and we have done everything possible to assist you to this point prior to your arrival. We hope that through the delivery of the excellent service we are gaining reputation of providing, we can possibly assist you in reconsider this precursory position.
