酒店确实现代化，价格合理，床很舒服，浴室很干净，通风很好。但是，我们房间的插座不太好用，需要适配器才能使用它。幸运的是，工作人员非常乐于助人，并立即回应我们的需求。

饭店离Ayala百货步行约五分钟，下楼即有7-11，空调水压都正常，唯独有蚂蚁。柜台服务人员服务态度很好，帮我们办理快速入住，退房后也能寄放行李。

We regret to say that physically we cannot anymore undo the room design to have enough space for the chair and coffee facilities but rest assured we will continually look for ways to serve you better.

这是我们第二次或第三次选择红色星球作为宿务市的住所。服务和前几次一样，既满意又热情。客房采用极简风格，热水充足，肥皂和纸巾满足连锁酒店的最低要求。我们在红色星球的经历很好……除了我们的一个房间里有几十只小蚂蚁，它们甚至在我妻子的床上。愿红色星球的管理者们关心蚂蚁的问题。

Dear SCL,
We regret to learn that your good experience was dampened because of the ants found in one of your rooms. We do have pest control spraying done regularly in view of the fact that these creatures may become present because of the food and beverage being taken and consumed inside the hotel. We value our reputation on cleanliness and is serious in implementing measures to keep it that way. Rest assured that we will continually look for ways to meet our guests expectations.
