客房不错，优质的客户服务，早餐很棒，会再次入住酒店。附近有许多景点。明年还会回来。前台英语很好。不仅仅前台，每个工作人员都会说英语，很好沟通，真的很棒。

尽管我已经付过款了，而且向他们两次展示了我的临时付款收据，前台的服务员还是一直在为了付款的事情骚扰我。经理完全控制不了局面。她掩盖她手下员工犯的错误。参与其中的员工甚至都没有说声对不起。

酒店不大，意外发生在马可咖啡馆的自助晚餐。我咬碎了一块冰淇淋玻璃碗，受伤了，牙龈出血。但是，员工们迅速采取了行动。除了那次事故之外，它仍然是宿务最好的酒店之一。

这家酒店满足了我们所有的要求。即使我们办理入住的时候非常的晚，但是她们已经做好了充分的准备。我们进房间的时候，房间已经设置在非常合适的温度了。客房服务效率很高。从房间里能看到这座城市非常漂亮的景色。很推荐这家酒店，并且我们下次来宿务也会选择这家酒店。

我喜欢这家酒店的友好的员工和美食。餐厅的Chill,Joanns和Marilyn, 经理Voltaie和Allen。非常漂亮的地方。让你感觉在家里一样，游泳池区有现场音乐，大堂咖啡馆里有美味的糕点。房间干净整洁，非常舒适。

十三周年纪念快乐！马可波罗广场宿务一直是我远离家乡的家。我很欣赏高效的登记入住和退房流程。还要感谢你给我的新鲜芒果作为我的GHA欢迎包的一部分！作为一家有13年历史的酒店，我认为需要进行一些改进和翻新，尤其是房间和浴室。但总的来说，宿务马可波罗广场仍然是宿务市最好的酒店之一！继续努力！
