Thank you for sharing your 5 star review of your recent stay with us at Mercure Moscow Baumanskaya hotel.
I am delighted that you highlight our fantastic location, well-appointed rooms & the high level of service offered by the team.
I also would like to bring my deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused with the partner taxi service. We sent a complaint to the Management of the taxi service with the detailed description of the situation in order to avoid such mistakes in future.
Our team will be happy to welcome you back at Mercure Moscow Baumanskaya on your next visit to Moscow and we will do our best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!

非常好的住宿地点，步行3分钟即可到达地铁站，坐两站地铁就能到达克里姆林宫和其他主要景点。酒店价格跟市中心同类酒店的价格差不多，酒店的建筑历史悠久，所以客房有不同的形状和大小，我换了3次房间，因为我不想住在前面的楼上，那里的房间紧邻主路，电车的声音很大。顶层的房间是阁楼。如果你对房间有什么特别要求，可以通过电子邮件告知酒店，他们会满足你的要求。工作人员很友善，非常乐于助人，早餐很好，食物种类比较齐全。如果我再次访问莫斯科，我肯定会再次入住这里。

很糟糕的体验。一开始给我们安排的房间像个鸽子笼，没有客房服务。迷你冰吧里是空的。最烂的是这里的空调非常差。坐在让人感觉幽闭恐惧的闷热房间里。0分。

We appreciate your taking the time to provide feedback from your recent stay at Mercure Moscow Baumanskaya hotel.
I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and your opinion was ruined despite of our efforts.
Let me note that size of our standard room is 18,5 m2 as minimum. We are always ready to find the best available room to provide the best comfort for all our guests and I hope that you felt more comfortable in another room immediately offered to you.
As well as the air-conditioner was immediately fixed in the room. We will do our best with our engineering department to prevent such situation infuture.
Though mini fridges in our Standard rooms are not filled in and available for guests’ use, our partner’s restaurant Butchery menu (food & drinks) is available 24\7 for your convenience.
I do hope that you considered our gestures of good will which were proposed to you during your stay and your positive feedback that was received upon check-out, gives us a hope to have a pleasure of welcoming you again in the nearest future.

我们抵达莫斯科，步行3公里到达酒店，当班经理丹尼斯迎接了我们。他用德语和英语和我们交谈，提供指导和建议，使我们感到完全舒适。他给了我们到哪去吃饭的建议。基本上，他是我们对莫斯科的第一印象，也是一个很好的印象！很好，非常舒适和干净的酒店，早餐很好，地理位置优越，靠近地铁站。最为感谢丹尼斯，让我们感到舒适！！！！

我很喜欢这家酒店超棒的双人房，宽敞的浴室和服务十分周到的接待人员（他们还帮我们订了的士）。房间是包早餐的，早餐还不错。交通很便利，到市中心十分方便。值得一住！
