Позвольте также дать некоторые комментарии по тем моментам, которые не соответствовали Вашим ожиданиям. В первую очередь, хотелось бы прокомментировать наличия стоппера на окне - оно обусловлено правилами безопасностями, по которым мы обязаны иметь подобные ограничители на окнах. Касательно рум-сервиса хочется отметить, что наш отель является трёхзвёздочным отелем международной сети отелей ibis, в стандартах которого услуга рум-сервиса действительно не предоставляется, однако мы всегда предлагаем гостям заказать всё необходимое из номера, оплатить и забрать в баре. Мы сожалеем о том, что некоторые другие аспекты оставили о себе негативные впечатления, приносим наши искренние извинения и продолжаем надеяться приветствовать Вас вновь в ближайшем будущем! In our hotel we are doing everything to provide the highest level of services and it's a pity that we deserved such an awful mark just because of the location, which is convenient for most of our guests.
