Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience with the mattress. We have checked the mattress in your room - the mattress base does not have a dip in the middle, just one side of it was slightly softer that another, this situation is easily corrected by the regulators on the both sides of the mattress. We will definitely take into account your preferences upon your next arrival and will try to offer you a harder mattress, as we have two types of it at our Property.

一切都挺好的。但自助早餐提供的食物很无趣. .每天都是同样的东西。你会发现都是香肠肉球,炒白菜,土豆,黄米饭等。可以得到挺好的休息。酒店的员工也很好。刚开始我房间的热水器坏了,后来我换到了另一个房间。
