老牌酒店，服务很好，有会说中文的服务员，这个非常方便，酒店早上还有免费的巴士送往当地的海鲜市场，我们是回国当天早上去买海鲜，晚上就能在家吃新鲜的海产了，酒店后门就是机场巴士。交通也方便，脚力好的走路就能到商场了。非常推荐入住。

今年85周年，有历史，位于札幌市中央，连地下街，游览方便，近几年翻新，有时代感，早餐食材好选择多，有相连的停车场，房价合理，值得入住。

酒店的位置非常好，很适合初次来北海道玩的人来住，靠近地标、火车站和购物中心。在周末酒店入住率高的时候，有3个地方可以吃早餐。服务很棒，房间在附属酒店大楼，很干净宽敞。在酒店外侧入口有机场班车接送。可以从酒店的咖啡厅去星巴克。地下商业街也离酒店很近。强烈推荐大家来这里住。

这家酒店地理位置很好，离那些你想在札幌看的景点都很近。部分建筑非常现代，而另一部分则更加原始。自1934年建成以来，你不得不预料到并非所有东西都是新的。毫无例外，我们遇到或与之互动的每一位工作人员都是非常专业和令人愉快的。乐于助人，友好，礼貌。西式+日式自助早餐非常棒。有很多不错的选择，每天都略有不同。当你在札幌的时候，我极力推荐这家旅馆。

总体而言，我们对房间大小和舒适度非常满意，特别是因为工作人员提供了两张额外的合适的床位，以满足四个成年人的需求，这是很多酒店都不愿意做的。地理位置优越，靠近大通和札幌地铁站，步行即可到达令人惊叹的餐厅。 最令人印象深刻的是，员工提供的服务非常出色，超出了我们的预期。我们总是得到热情的微笑和友好的帮助。值得注意的是，阿达奇和诺里科都超越了使命。阿达奇女士特别安排我们在星期天（原定的一天只在星期四）去肌腱参加禅的体验。酒店管理层应该非常感谢他们有如此专注和以客户为导向的员工。

酒店有很棒的自助早餐，有很多食物可供选择，包括当地的特色菜品。酒店员工很友好，但在执行酒店规章制度方面，相当严格。房间很旧，但很舒适。酒店的位置是一流的。每次使用健身房得付2000日元的费用，这点让人不满意。酒店里面有很棒的餐厅和酒吧。

However, we are sorry to hear that you have not satisfied with the charge for usage of gym at our Hotel. Taking into consideration your feedback, we will review your comment and try to improve it in order to contribute to your comfortable hotel life.
