这里物有所值，有着优越的地理位置、优秀的员工和良好的设施。如果有机会，我们会重返此地。从火车站步行5-10分钟即可抵达。我们通过黑猫（Black Cat）送货系统（也很出色）运送我们的行李箱。这是一家很棒的预巡航酒店，适合那些寻求舒适、便捷的地理位置和港口的人。

在京都和长崎往返旅行期间，5天内两次入住东方酒店，这家酒店在提供一流的服务的同时让人感觉舒适放松。客房面积对于日本来说算大的，床铺舒适，配有雀巢咖啡机，行政楼层还有免费迷你吧。健身房虽然小但配有你在度假期间锻炼所需的所有设备。早餐是我们旅行中最好的，吃了本尼迪克蛋和点心。 我们下次去神户肯定还会再来这里，住宿体验很棒。

这家酒店绝对值的入住！入住的行政房，享用了早餐和房间内小冰箱内物品，没有任何其他费用。绝佳的位置，服务，便利的设施和美食。我们在露天酒吧俯视着整个港口，享用了迎宾饮料和四分熟的午餐（神户牛肉）。真是太棒了！真是一个宝贝地方！

We thoroughly agree with your recommendation of our Executive level rooms! Complimentary mini bar as well as "Welcome Drink" at our bar J.W.Hart is just one of the many ways to enjoy Kobe. As Ive said many times here on TripAdvisor, our steakhouse Medium Rare is our hidden gem here at Oriental Hotel. What it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in quality and of course the ocean view. We are glad to hear you had the chance to experience it first hand. Thank you again for your comment and we hope to have you back again some day.

我们全家春假期间在这家酒店住了四晚。简而言之，这从现在开始是我们在神户都会选择的酒店。酒店的客房、服务、对细节的关注是我经历过的最好的事情之一。我们有一个5岁的儿子和我们在一起，他们给他提供了小拖鞋-颜色和材质跟他们提供给成人客人的是一样的!!迷你冰箱所有饮料包括啤酒和清酒都是免费的!如果你在路易威登(Louis Vuitton)专卖店购物(就在酒店一楼外)，他们会免费把你新买的包送到房间。如果你需要购买一辆兰博基尼(Lamborghini)在神户开车兜风，经销商也就在附近。
