It most certainly is unfortunate that it rained on the one day you visited... if we could only control the weather.....
We are however pleased to hear that everything worked out and that you and your family were able to enjoy yourselves while dining with us.

我无法评价这里的食物，因为我们没有进去吃饭。 在餐厅的服务人员告诉我们只需等5分钟就能轮到我们后，我们很有礼貌的等待了15分钟。然后我们问服务人员我们还需要等多久， 结果却被告知我们还需等1个小时。 如果我们没有再次询问的话，我们可能现在仍在那里等待。

Thank you for taking the time to bring your recent visit to our attention.
Allow me to start off by apologising for your most unfortunate experience. This was clearly a blunder on our behalf and it should have not have happen.
We have since started English training sessions for our dining staff in order better serve our guests.
Should you find yourself in our neighbourhood again in the future, we sincerely hope you will give us a second chance.

尝到了主厨的一道菜，非常的好且搭配的很好。甜品味道令人惊叹。可能是我吃过最好的焦糖奶油了。我们肯定还会再来这得。非常好，且快速的服务。我们的服务没有任何问题。绝对值得尝试。

A topic that isn't brought up enough in my opinion, our desserts! Our talented pastry chefs work very hard to ensure each guest leave with a smile on their face!
If you have the chance, our Riz au lait is quite tasty as well!

我们很高兴在一个雨天的下午找到了这家餐馆，虽然没有预约，但他们非常亲切的给我们安排座位。在我们看来最棒的是，厨师非常理解我妻子对食物中的麸质过敏，她改变了配方，为我们做了一顿可口的饭菜。也许这是我们在日本吃到的最棒的一餐。如果我们再来此旅行的话，还会再次光临的。

这边的设施很不错，有很多地方，而且在露天吃饭也可以让人尽情聊天，尽管地方差不多都满了。这边的菜单多是小吃风格的食物，不过所有的东西都很好吃，但上菜等了很久。如果赶时间的话就不要来了，但订位应该会帮到些忙。

I have shared your comments with our chefs and they vow to do their very best to make sure all guests get to eat their wonderful dishes as quickly as possible! but as you suggested, we do recommend advanced reservations if possible.
