As many prople said, our location is convenient for going around in Kyoto.
It means you can access major sightseeing spots and station directly by bus or train.
In addition, there are so many shops and restautants around our hotel.

We are terribly sorry about the room size.
This size is 18 square meter but this is normal japanese size and we have other type of room for family so please try it if you have a chance to come to here.

You can access major sightseeing spots easily and directly from our hotel.
Also, there are so many shops and restaurants around our hotel.
Gion and Ponto-cho are great choices to find your favorite restaurants.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed to stay our Japanese style room.
As you know, Japanese style bed is provided in Japanese room instead of Western bed.
It is put on the tatami mat directly, but this room is great to experience a part of Japanese culture.

我跟我的家人一起来就家酒店住，我们非常喜欢这家酒店，在这家酒店还能吃得到特别好吃的食物，我们午餐的时候就吃到了很棒的传带寿司，晚上的时候酒店还会提供小零食，这家酒店附近还有一家711商店。早餐的时候我们是在Shizuya Sanjo吃饭的。这家酒店距离Gion街区以及Gion Corner非常近，在那里能够看得见不错的演出，非常值得。我们预订的是传统的榻榻米房，一家五口一起住，但是孩子们希望能有自己的空间，酒店的前台员工Cueto非常理解我们帮我们找了多余的房间。感谢员工Cueto。另外的房间虽然很小，但是也足够我的孩子们住，他们很喜欢这里的房间。

我本想给这家酒店打四星，但是到浴室的台阶让我打消了这个念头。尤其是老年人，如果不注意，很容易在浴室跌倒。台阶很高，我可能不会再回到这家酒店了，因为它很不方便。别误会我的意思，那里的地理位置很好，而且还有一间洗衣房;然而，浴室的质量让我很困扰。

As you know, there are a step in front of bathroom.
An extra step is available upon request. It may solve a this problem.
For your information, the following type of room has no big step into a bathroom.
*Deluxe twin/triple room
*Superior/Deluxe room with tatami area
*Deluxe Japanese room

我在这里住了两个晚上。我提前到达了这里，但是却有6个小时不能进入房间，他们真是没有一点灵活性和同情心可言。我的房间是一间很小的双人间，房间里几乎没有空间可以走动。浴室有一个很高的台阶（大约有1英尺高），你需要进行一个不稳定的大幅度动作才能进出浴室。对于任何四十岁以上的人来说，这都是不可能的。缓解这一切的是一位友善但是已经超负荷工作的员工，以及酒店靠近交通、餐食选择和其他地点的好位置。大厅很漂亮，但是当我在那里的时候，大厅里却有几十个行李箱。

I was regret to hear your experience.
First, we don't provide early check in service. If you arrive before 15:00, normally we keep your baggage at reception after registration.
We may be able to provide your room before 15:00, however it is depend on the cleaning progress and availability.
If you need to enter your room because of some reason, please ask your receptionist.
As you know, our small double room(13sq) is not specious. Some guests may feel hard if they open a big suitcase.
However this room is prepared for comfortable good night sleep.
Let's take a great shower time with DHC OLIVE GOLD bath amenities.
And then, SIMMONS mattress invite you a quality of sleep.
An extra step is available upon request. it help to solve the big step to enter the bathroom.
Again, thank you very much for staying with us.
I understood that the bad experience of you is useful to improve our service and hospitality.

我们的双床房又小又狭窄。有很多便利设施（牙刷、梳子、洗发水、护发素、剃须刀）。Wifi信号很好。有付费的洗衣机和烘干机——不像其他大部分酒店是免费的。早餐不错——不是特别好吃。
