酒店位于商厦22楼以上，大堂充满艺术气息，有美术展览。酒店房间也宽躺。酒店位置非常方便，从难波OACT走过去只需两分钟，完全不用上落楼梯。难波地下街A段入口就在洒店旁边，从地下街前往道顿堀，心斋桥，黑门市场都很方便。酒店楼下有超市，水果熟食饮料品零食应有尽有。

论地点这酒店尚算不错，静中带旺，步行不远可到难波的购物街，地库又连接地下街通往地铁站，楼下又有超级市场，房间亦寛敞舒适，景观亦很好，惟房间打扫方面留下不好印象，因为其中一天外出回到房间，地上竟然只得三只拖鞋，其中一只不翼而飞，而用过的水杯没有清洁或更换。

酒店地库连接商场直通地铁，交通方便，由车站到酒店大概需时10分钟以内！地面行人街，有大量食肆，开致深夜，出外食宵夜绝对不是问题。酒店对清洁未有细心处理。

看到不少人也评论说房间不干净，可见这家饭店根本不打算改善这问题。一开始安排给我的房间，小圆桌上有前客留下来的饼干屑，地毯也有，床头柜上除了有明显可见的灰尘，还有看起来像拆矿泉水盖子时产生的塑胶垃圾！反应之后帮我换到别的房间，地毯还是有饼干屑，想想算了就这样吧，结果晚上冲澡时，水温还不稳定。除了床很好睡、位置优越、与夜景不错以外，没有其他优点了，完全与价钱不成比例的体验，以后绝对不会再入住。

位置极好-距离去两个机场的接驳车，地铁，火车站都很近，都在酒店下面或者在一栋楼里。酒店有点过时了，看上去很旧。排气扇看着很脏，需要清洁了。总体来说附近有很多旧的酒店，但这家甚至都不干净。
