如果你是在附近做生意,总体来说这是一个很好的住宿地点,虽然这里去哪儿都有点远,但酒店提供很好的的到大阪站的来回巴士,这是酒店与其他酒店不同的地方,末班车应该在23.00或00.00左右,而不是22.00。

饭店的所有工作人员都很亲切,一进大厅,那亲切的问候及体贴的协助我们更了解如何安排我们的行程,真好,真的有宾至如归的感觉,虽然我们是第一次到日本自由行,但因为饭店内的服务人员详细的解说如何使用饭店的接驳车,让我们减轻了负担,毕竟我这次的旅行是一个人带着四个孩子们去,期待下次再次造访

房间很干净很棒,床很舒适服务人员态度都很好,很亲切,也很主动询问需要什么帮助,家人也都很满意,非常推荐

1) 去关西机场的车票不能预先购买一定要当天买, 这完全是可以解决的问题, 但仍不思改进
2) 门口负责指导大家上车的人员完全不懂英文无法沟通
3) 大清早的头上就不断发出噪音, 类似客房整理的声音, 扰人清梦

I am really sorry to read your feedback and I understand your disappointment with regard to the purchasing of bus tickets for Kansai International Airport and that you were not able to sleep in the early morning due to noise coming from surrounding areas. Sufficient sleep promotes good health therefore I will work closely with the team to identify ways to ensure that our rooms and surrounding areas are peaceful during the hours of rest. .

这家酒店的房间比我住在东京、京都和奈良的房间都要大。工作人员非常好。一切都无可挑剔。唯一的问题是它有点偏僻。这儿有一个地铁站,但距离酒店大约要走10分钟。酒店提供前往大阪站和环球影城的免费班车服务。 机场班车在这里有一站。但是,如果你需要在赶着非常早去机场,那么最好是先坐出租车前往Namba Nankai站然后再乘坐列车前往机场。这样代替乘坐出租车到机场,它最终一共可以节省100多美元。

It is so heartfelt and encouraging to read your feedback in particular about our spacious guest rooms, and the wonderful service extended to your by our team of dedicated hosts. On the other hand, we apologize for the inconvenience caused due to our location. Our daily shuttle buses to Universal Studio’s and downtown Umeda help our guests stay connected to the city, however we need to look at ways to improve access to and from the hotel both in the early and late hours of the day. I can certainly understand your frustration and will work closely with the team to improve this experience for our guests.
